Wheatfields - The Annexe
Within the building there is a separate annexe with large living room 18' x 19' approx, adjoining double bedroom, walk in wardrobe, and shower room inc 900 x 1400 walk in shower, wc, vanity wash basin and tiled floor with under floor heating.
There are no steps within the annexe and could be easily accessed by elderly or partially disabled people.
There are numerous options for the use of this part of the building including granny flat, teenage children, play area for younger children, work from home office and simply part of the main house.
