At P.W.Temple Ltd. we have our own in-house design service, where we obtain site dimensions, transfer to our computerised drawing system and design a scheme to suit the requirements of the project.
We are able to combine modern technology with over 25 years of site experience and produce a scheme that fits the fabric of an existing building whilst complying with modern building control requirements.
We take site dimensions and produce drawings for design, planning and building control. Our design is used on all our own developments where we can quickly take any section of the building and produce a detailed working drawing, from foundations to roof works, kitchens and bathrooms.

Our projects are completed with our in-house interior design service where we carefully coordinate kitchens and bathrooms, floor coverings and decoration.
On the sale of any property we can, where required, advise on interior finishes from furniture to fabrics, where we have a wide range of contacts to source the all important finishing touches.
